By accessing the ChurchMetrics.com website ("Site") owned by LifeChurch.tv or by using the services offered by ChurchMetrics.com ("Services" ) you agree and acknowledge to be bound by the Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms or to our Privacy Policy, please do not access the Site or use the Services. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, so please be sure to check back periodically.
- LifeChurch.tv grants you a limited license to access the Site and use the Services in accordance with these Terms. LifeChurch.tv reserves the right to terminate your license to use the Site and Services at any time and for any reason.
- You are able to cancel this service at anytime. To cancel, log on to http://help.churchmetrics.com/.
- You are responsible for your use of the Site and Services. You understand that your church will only be able to view its specific information.
- You understand that the data that you supply to the site will be used for research purposes by LifeChurch.tv. For research purposes, the churches will be unnamed and will be grouped by various categories, such as geographic region. The data that we collect will only be shared in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- LifeChurch.tv provides the Site and Services "AS IS" and without any warranty, express or implied.
- You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the Site or Service without express written permission from LifeChurch.tv.
- You understand and agree that you use the Site and Services at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages that arise from such use.
- You understand that you and LifeChurch.tv are independent entities, and nothing in the Terms, or via use of the Site or Services, will create a partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between you and LifeChurch.tv.
